Terms of Service

1. Who operates this service

OneMillion.lol is operated by the site operator. Support requests go to the address on the contact page; legal notices go to the legal address listed there.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter a binding contract.

3. What you receive

A purchase grants a permanent, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable display license to the slots allocated to your order, together with the right to publish approved listing content. It is not a security, investment, prize entry, sweepstakes entry, share of ownership, domain right, or transferable financial asset.

4. Supply

Exactly 1,000,000 slots exist and no further slots will ever be created. Slots are sold from the remaining supply at the time of purchase. When the final slot is sold, purchasing closes permanently.

5. Pricing

The price per slot rises as supply is consumed, following the published price ladder. The price, quantity, and total are shown before you pay and the total charged is the total shown. If the remaining supply is smaller than your requested quantity, your order is limited to what remains.

6. Payment

By submitting an order you authorize the charge shown at checkout. Failed, late, reversed, or duplicated payments may delay or void allocation. Confirmed duplicate charges are refunded under the Refund Policy.

7. Content and moderation

All listing content is subject to the Content Policy. We may reject, disable, restrict, or remove content and links. Moderated slots remain counted against the one million and moderation does not create replacement inventory.

8. Referral credits

Slot credits earned through referrals have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and are subject to supply availability, limits, fraud review, and reversal.

9. No promises of outcome

We do not promise traffic, impressions, rankings, clicks, leads, sales, revenue, appreciation, or return on investment. Ranking above other owners is a display position only. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

10. Permanence and availability

Your slots and listing record remain part of OneMillion.lol for as long as the service operates. We cannot honestly guarantee that any website operates literally forever.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the slots in question. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these terms, the Content Policy, and the Refund Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
