Refund Policy

Purchases allocate scarce, numbered digital listing inventory and are generally final once delivered. We provide refunds or reversals when:

• We cannot deliver the purchased slot quantity.
• A payment is duplicated because of a confirmed technical error.
• A transaction is unauthorized and validated through the applicable payment process.
• We reject submitted content before publication and choose not to permit a compliant replacement within the stated correction period.
• Applicable law requires a refund.

We generally do not refund because a buyer changes their mind, receives less traffic than expected, dislikes their slot numbers, fails to use the listing, violates the Content Policy after delivery, or disagrees with later site popularity.

If content is rejected, the buyer has seven days to submit a compliant replacement. If no compliant replacement is submitted, the applicable remedy follows the Terms and local law.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may delay account resolution. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
